For $49 per person, annually, the e-learning suite offers access to three fundamental courses to strengthen workplace culture and legal compliance, receiving a certificate upon completion of each course:
-
HABIT - Harassment and Bullying Intervention Training: This workshop, designed specifically for theatre professionals, meets the state of California’s mandatory harassment prevention training requirements. Through real-world scenarios, quizzes, and actionable tools, participants will learn to recognize, prevent, and respond to harassment, abuse, and bullying—including sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior based on protected characteristics. With a focus on the unique dynamics of theatre environments, this course empowers participants to understand legal obligations, address harmful behavior effectively, and foster respectful, inclusive creative spaces.
-
EDIT - Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Theatre: Participants in this workshop will gain shared language and frameworks for understanding what systemic oppression (racism, sexism, ableism, heterosexism etc.) is and its relationship to white dominant culture in theatre. Through historical analysis and self reflection, participants will strengthen their understanding of position, power, and privilege to consider their role in upholding and dismantling institutional practices and norms of systemic oppression.
-
Navigating Micro-Aggressions in Theatre: Participants will learn how to define microaffirmations and microaggressions, identify the three forms and categories of microaggressions, and practice navigating difficult conversations.
